Pricing: All prices are quoted based on project requirements or service packages.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided once work has commenced, except in cases of breach of contract or service failure by Stackhybrid LLP.

All content, code, graphics, and intellectual assets created during a project are the property of Stackhybrid LLP until full payment is received.
Upon payment completion, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
Stackhybrid LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.
We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose it to third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.
We may use third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, hosting services) to deliver services. Stackhybrid LLP is not responsible for any changes, errors, or downtime caused by such third parties.
